Chems Room

Room Chems: « Sun » in arabic, this room is decorated in yellow and orange colour with furniture painted in the traditional way called “Zouak”.

Fayrouz Room

Room Fayrouz : “Precious blue stone” in Arabic, the room is decorated in blue colour with furniture painted in the traditional way called “Zouak”.

Ouarda Suite

Suite Ouarda : The suite Ouarda, which is decorated with soft colors, has its bathroom with shower and a fireplace.

Amir Suite

Suite Amir : The Suite Amir is the most traditional designed one with authentic tiles on walls and sculpted ceilings. This suite that has a bathroom with a bath.

Reservation and rental

The tenant, signatory of a booking, concluded for a determined period, cannot, in any circumstance be prevailed of any right to stay in the place at the end of the booking period. Rooms and bathrooms linen is provided. Rooms’ cleaning is carried out every day. The Riad facilities (swimming pool, hammam, table of hosts except particular agreement with the direction…) are strictly reserved to the Riad’s hosts.

Deposits/Cancellation

The price of the booking does not include accessories on request of articles or services which will be added to the final invoice. A credit card will be necessary to guarantee the reservation and a deposit of 20% will be taken as an advance payment. In case of cancellation before the date of arrival, cancellation fees will be applied, and the deposit will be entirely debited. Any balance will be debited or credited (according to the case) from/towards the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. Prices include taxes.

Arrival and departure conditions

Taking possession of the riad or one of its rooms is carried out according to each riad’s rules. The day of the departure, rooms must be released before midday. However, we accept to let our customers keep the room until their time of departure, if the room is not booked by someone else.

Safety/Children

Children are welcome within our riad. However, customers should be aware of the traditional character of our riad, with its large terrace and its traditional floor covering is potentially dangerous for young children. Consequently, children are welcome by having clear comprehension that their parents accept the full responsibility for their safety and damages they could cause. We inform you that local regulation does not enable us to receive in the room’s, people other that those registered.

Damages

In the same way, customers are responsible for any damage or breaks they could cause during their stay.

Booking modification

Any modification of the booking (dates, number of guests, etc….) will give to the application of new conditions of prices. If these modifications happen less than 10 days before the date of stay, prices conditions will be At least equal to the preceding conditions. Attribution of jurisdiction In the event of a dispute concerning the execution of the contract, courts of Marrakech (Morocco) will be qualified. These general terms, adopted on September 30, 2008, cancel and replace all preceding ones and are applicable for any booking confirmed after this date.
