You will have the opportunity to taste skewers of fish marinated with aromatics or small rollers stuffed with seafood, amongst other things. For those who have decided to spend more or less time in our so charming and accommodating hosting country, usual flavours, like a crust of conserve tomatoes with red mullet, real Lamb ribs grilled with thyme or lavender or fillet of fish with lemon butter will be appreciated. You will either be charmed by Youness’ desserts : you will be delighted by a “moelleux” with melted chocolate or surprised by the “crème brûlée” flavoured by lemon vervain or lavender.
